Cold negligence

Last night the brutal savages attacking me woke me up after only one or two hours and wouldn't stop talking to the point that I didn't get any sleep and had to stay in bed all day, only finally managing to sleep in the afternoon and waking up at 6pm. Utterly disgusting, and the sad thing is it's only a handful of people speaking remotely, it always seems to me like it is something that could be easily cracked if anyone with the technical knowhow would only take the time, but yet I'm still being tortured with no one bothering to intervene. They could find these people, put them away, confiscate the technology as used for criminal activities and put it in better hands to be reapplied for it's intended purpose. Police could then investigate the formation of the group and log the type of crime in case it ever surfaces anywhere else, so next time even a teenager could report it without a problem due to the precedent set here and the knowledge gained from the crime reported here. So it is with all crimes, there's a first time for everything. The actual criminals are common as muck, it's just that a new technology fell into their hands and they decided to try the same old crimes with it.

It's disgraceful that more isn't being done about these people when to do so would benefit all of us moving forward, I've been so clear on all of it by now they ought to have been able to build profiles using the quotes I wrote up from them, intercept some of them or surveilled suspects till they gained enough evidence, get a hold of them and drop them in prison to clean up our community, and due to some of them operating via the internet probably clean up some other communities too. Any number of them would lead to any number of others, and by now there aren't even that many.

At the moment not able to be entirely sure when out and about whether you may be rubbing shoulders with someone who then when out of sight gets on a microphone no one knows about to secretly torture a mixed race man in his home; we're sullied, stained and dirty as a community, and nation actually, because this is happening here, nowhere else, and it is here that we're failing to deal with it.

The worst thing is I shout out so the neighbours know, the walls and windows are paper thin and it's a cul de sac it's not only me here, and I figure better that than to suffer in silence; so essentially they're letting it happen to all of us, we're being treated like dogs by criminals operating remotely who don't care about us at all, presumably because they're not here to hear any of it, and it's being allowed to continue when there are seemingly actually very few barriers to putting an end to it. There are a few kids in the vicinity too if I recall, and the criminals don't care. They all realise it could just as easily have been them as me, it's just a few people who have a tech we don't and are using it to attack someone with unparalleled savagery simply because they feel invisible behind it, and therefore unaccountable for their actions.

What else could failure to intervene be but cold negligence and double standards, horrific and inhumane, in England of all places. It occurred to me quite a while ago, elsewhere people have gotten the death penalty for less than is being done to me here in my home. Have we all forgotten what crime is simply due to the advent of new tech and new ways of committing it? We're seeing pure evil unfold here with no moves whatsoever to bring an end to it.
